Surajkund Crafts Mela: Surajkund Crafts Mela is one of the largest crafts fair in India that is held every year in the Surajkund district of Haryana. The fair is truly the most popular among all fairs and festivals in Haryana and attracts visitors in large numbers from all parts of the country. Even several tourists from the world over arrive at the Surajkund Crafts Mela every year to witness the glorious culture and heritage of India.
Surajkund is a small ancient kund (pond) in Haryana on the outskirts of Delhi. This picturesque place is the venue for the annual Handicrafts fair. This handicraft fair gives the artisans an opportunities to show their skills on the spot and customers get to see the working style of the artisans. The fair is held on a particular state theme. There are fashion shows and puppet shows which represent the amalgamation of the traditional art with the modern trends.

Surajkund: The premises of the Surajkund have a perennial lake surrounded by rock-cut steps. The place is popular for a big fair, which takes place in the first two weeks of February. Surajkund is situated at a distance of about 11kms from the Qutab Minar on the Mehrauli-Badarpur road.

Crafts Museum: It is located in Bhairon Road, Pragati Maidan. The Crafts Museum at Pragati Maidan display Indian handicrafts and offer first-hand experience of craftsmen at work. Established in 1956 with an aim to showcase and promote the works of native artisans, it has over 20,000 objects on display by early 1980s.
